About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Currently on an extended trip around Central and South America.

My energy-generator is discovering new places, meeting new people, sharing stories and learning as much as possible from everything and everyone. I love food, exchanging stories, learning about customs, cultures and sharing mine.

All the time I must have music around me and sing along :) I also enjoy being out in the nature and MOVING: hiking, cycling, yoga.

I also enjoy cooking (any vegetarian recipes you might know are welcome!).

PHILOSOPHY

Live well. Love much. Laugh often.

Do not dwell on the past.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Travelling around different parts of the world, I came to understand that the most fulfilling experience does not come from seeing well-known places or trying local foods (though it helps!), but from actually talking to locals and seeing what they believe in, how they live and what experiences they have lived. This is why I like and I try to meet locals whenver I travel. CS is the best way of getting a little glimpse into local life.

Mainly a few years ago, I hosted a lot on CS, showing around the city I am in. Currently, I am happy to I share my experiences, listen and offer laughters :)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've been on a sort of break from CS these last years, while settling down in Prague, but before that I was very active and I still keep the CS mentality and plan to surf and host a bit more.

Interests

Travelholic, book-addict, cycling-lover, music afficionado. Drinking wine and killing time, yoga, cooking, finding out more, jogging, decorating.

Currently trying to tame an ukulele.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Went on a 3-day hike towards Petra, in Jordan: me, 3 friends, a donkey and local Mohammad, showing us the way.

Had the courage to start swimming classes and overpass my fear for water ( I am still working on that though :P).

Seen a kickass sunset on top of the Cantabric mountains. Seen the highest number of people awake at sunrise, in Angkor Wat.
