Communal and personal activities that involve Mental, phsical and spiritual challenges, For example, Chess, reading is a good mental one for me. Cycling, swimming - physical. Meditation, being thankful, prayer - spiritual and Music is definitely all three.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Spending a week in a tree house let me live out a childhood fantasy of mine.
Looking into a baby elephant's eyes, extremely deep and moving experience.
Getting an audience to somehow cheer me just after I called them all miserable barstards that make me sick to look at.
