ABOUT ME

I'm a Nigerian living and working in the US. I love travel and meeting new people, even though I can be a bit shy when we first meet!! I love to laugh, cook, eat, go to Karaoke and sing drunkenly with my friends!! I am an avid reader, a budding writer, and I'm looking forward to meeting many amazing people through this site.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I recently attended my first CS event which turned out to be awesome. I met some very cool folks! I hope to continue participating CS events in my area. Also, I'm working on attending a CS event in any place I visit, or at least meeting a member for coffee/drinks. That's the plan for now, we'll see how things change with time :)

Music: Zouk, Dancehall, Soft Rock, Naija Music, pretty much anything that moves me or makes me dance!! Right now I'm rediscovering Craig David's Born to Do it Album. Takes me back to my young carefree days :)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

A couple of years ago my younger brother came to visit me for the summer. One sunny saturday we left home early in the morning and went to Six Flags. We went on EVERY SINGLE RIDE in that park.

By the time we were done in the evening, my head hurt and I couldn't see straight, but I had a really good time! It was one of those picture perfect days, you know? Also, I hadn't hung out with my baby bro in a very long time, so that made the day even better.

Teach, Learn, Share

Like I mentioned like 50leven times already, I love to cook and eat! I can pretty much take any recipe and turn it out nicely. I bake and make my own ice cream (from scratch!) whenever I get the chance. Would love to share recipes, restaurants and ideas with other foodies :)

I want to learn and share information with others on the construction industry in different countries - specifically in developing countries.

I have a good aptitude for language, so I'd like to learn and speak with people fluent in French or Mandarin.
