I am 26 year old guy. Was born in Delhi and then brought up in different states of India viz Gujarat,Rajasthan, Tamil Nadu. So I was influenced by lot of cultures which kind of helped me be more tolerant & open minded.

I am a single child of my parents which made them pamper me a lot & over protective about me. I went with the herd mentality of an average Indian Kid, became an engineer and cursed my four years in college.

I decided to change that and instead of getting a job i joined an advertising college situated in the villages of Gujarat. I enjoyed my time there and loved every bit of it.

Now its been a year a year after college(although its hangover never ends) and i have been working in Bangalore. I have lovely house here where i stay with two of my batch mates. Its a 3 BHK so all of us get enough space & privacy.

We have an amazing cook from Rajasthan( yes the cook is amazing , his food though is bit spicy) who gives us our constant supply of vegetarian meals.

And yes, the place is quite close to all the historical places in Bangalore & Airport, so you can sit & relax without fretting about commuting time made worse by Bangalore Traffic.

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

I had heard a lot about couch surfing. My aunt has been using it for almost a decade now. But i was always apprehensive about it. " How can i let a stranger into my House",these were my thoughts.

But then i went fora solo trip to Goa and i stayed in a hostel. There i shared experiences with people from different countries & it was a truly enriching experience for me. So then i thought how can i meet more people & know more about the world through them ?

That's why couch surfing. And plus i will feel good if i help someone making their experience in my country a bit more amiable.
