Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love the basic idea behind Couchsurfing - allowing two (or more) people to meet and explore places without worrying much about all the hassles. If we look on our ancestors, as food gathers, moving to different places was their need for survival which also created mix of cultures over places. But then in course of time they became food producers and that led to all shorts of things like Colonialism, Land ownership etc, needless to say - traveling became difficult than ever. Fast forward to modern word, I see Couchsurfing as solution of the problems, hindrances that were placed when humans became food producers from food gathers. The economic modal it follows is absolutely in best of interests of travellers like me. And as I technology enthusiast myself (I code) I must say this type of thing is what we should focus more on creating, not on ways to make people click more on ads and waste their time doing nothing!
