I began my yoga and spiritual journey at the age of 14, inspired by a deep desire to understand the self and live with greater awareness. Since then, I’ve completed several courses, including a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training, and continue to explore the vast world of yoga, philosophy, and meditation.

I have a passion for travel—each journey brings new insights and experiences, though I must admit, I still haven’t learned how to swim!

In June 2025, I’ll return to Rishikesh, the heart of yoga, to continue learning, growing, and discovering something new on the path of inner and outer exploration :)
