ABOUT ME

I was born and bred in Bundaberg (East coast of Australia). Fortunately due to my alternative minded parents I did not end up like most people of Bundaberg descent! I did not choose a career in Sugar Cane farming or working in the Rum Factory, rather I was introduced to a world of natural and cultural diversity which has stemmed my desire to travel, experience and appreciate the many wonders of this planet!
In terms of personality:

1) I love to do things...I am a very action oriented person, so as long as I am doing something I am content and if I'm not doing something then I am pretty good at finding something to keep me occupied!!

2) I love nature and all things natural. Particularly love birds and frogs. Having chosen to study and work in the environment, I have a deep appreciation for the natural world and a great respect for all living creatures (although granted a slight lesser respect for humans in many cases)!!

3) I am easy going, outgoing and fun loving...

PHILOSOPHY

Carpe Diem!! Sieze the day is the fundamental philosophy that I live by. Life is too short to waste time being idle and I believe that I as an individual must take the initiative to make the most of every minute and equally impotantly have fun doing it!!

At this stage I am looking at couch surfing as an opportunity to meet people and become more closely familiar and involved with different cultures. I think that this is a great way to open your mind and heart!

I have spent some time as a couch surfing guest in eastern Europe and also Costa Rica. Now happy to return the love!
