I'm a very open-minded person and very interested in different cultures and different ways to live. I traveled quite a lot and adore to get to know new places and cultures. To have interesting conversations about the way people from very different backgrounds perceive their lifes is very inspiring to me - to share is to understand!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I'm not a heavy user of couchsurfing, but i regularly host somebody and also surfed two or three times.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Couchsurfing experiences are very different: Sometimes host and guest are both very busy and you only have a nice chat before going to sleep and a even shorter chat in the morning. That's OK for me.

For sure it is even better if you are really able to get to know the other person, to cook together and to have interesting discussions.

Music, Movies, and Books

I like very different kinds of books: Criminal storys, literature, ... The last author i really was impressed of is Phillip Roth.

Music is something very important for me, i like old music like Beatles, Stones or Tracey Chapman, but also stuff like Air and Norah Jones.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Uff, thats a very difficult question! Perhaps the most amazing thing i've done was to begin my studies in France, although my french was very bad. It was a marvellous experience to dive into a new culture and a new life!
