Why I’m on Couchsurfing

First time i know about Couchsurfing is when i was eighteen. But i didn't manage to join that time then, three years later, my housemates in Tunis, reminded me with Couchsurfing. But the most that inspired me to join is when Connie, my roommate, told me that she could find me a host during my stay in Istanbul from Couchsurfing. So, well, i'm here. x)

Plus, it is because i have changed my style of traveling since i traveled to Tunisia in 2011. I realize that i need more than seeing beautiful beaches and mountains. I feel the journey is more meaningful if i can talk and share with locals.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Travel to an unknown country in North Africa, named, Tunisia, when i was 20. There, i experienced many life changing experience. In January 2011, Tunisia began the revolution in North Africa Region. That was the first time for me to experience a revolution in a country. I also had many housemates whom we had through many things together ; from Poland, Colombia, Brazil, Mexico/Canada, USA and Estonia. But the most unforgettable thing is when i traveled to Le Kef and Dougga in June. I went there by hitchhiking. I met one annoying guy, one kind family and one amazing generous family along the journey. It was like a dream in reality.
