About Me
Hi there! 👋 I’m an Architect and Urbanist with a curious soul and a wandering spirit.
I see the world through two lenses: one of a researcher trying to understand the theories behind how we live, and the other of an artist trying to capture the beauty of it all.
But away from the desk, I am a storyteller, a sketcher, and a firm believer that the best way to understand a new culture is through its food and its people. I’m easy-going, respectful, and always up for a deep philosophical conversation or a spontaneous adventure.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I don't like hotels. They sterilize the experience of a new city. As an Architect and Urbanist, I study how people live, but you can’t learn that from a textbook or a tour guide—you learn it by actively meeting new and interesting people. And I believe couchsurfiing is a great platform for it.
I offer a fresh pair of eyes on your city (I’ll show you beautiful details in your own neighborhood you’ve never noticed) in exchange for your unfiltered reality. I’m looking for the 'un-googleable' side of the world.

Music, Movies, and Books
Music: I love atmospheric and melodic sounds that tell a story.
Melodic Techno, Neo-Classical, Sitar Fusion, Indie.
Artists: Monolink, Ludovico Einaudi, Anoushka Shankar, Ólafur Arnalds, Bonobo, Max Richter, Nicolas Jaar.
Favorite book: The Castle of Crossed Destinies by Italo Calvino
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I was invited to speak at the Venice Architecture Biennale 2025 (European Cultural Centre) to discuss the future of our cities. Standing on that global stage was surreal, but honestly? The most profound insights didn't come from the podium, but from the late-night espressos with strangers afterwards.
Ask me about the time I tried to reforest a city, or what it’s like to live between the chaotic beauty of Lahore and the structured precision of Germany.
I once trekked to the remote, lunar-like landscapes of Balochistan to see the active Mud Volcanoes. Standing there, watching the earth bubble up in the middle of a desert silence, felt like being on another planet.
