Hello everyone! I currently live in Yogyakarta, Indonesia. I work full time in a telco company.

I love wandering around! 'Me time' for me is wandering and sightseeing, otherwise internet, music and a cup of hot chocolate in rainy days ;)

I am an active blogger (been writing for 7 years at umihabibah.net), a friendly introvert, a cheese and chocolate lover, a Google addict, a nature admirer, a woman, a learner, and a drop of water in a huge ocean :)

Warum ich bei Couchsurfing bin

Well I'm a newbie to Couchsurfing and it's quite late I guess...since many of my friends have hanged around here for years.

The idea of hosting and get hosted by strangers are still a bit 'odd' for me, since I used to travel with known friend, stay in relatives' house or paid accommodation. However, since I moved to UK and get in touch with different strangers during my trips (which sometimes eventually become good friend), I felt that it's such an incredible experience and now...here I am! :D

Eine tolle Erfahrung, die ich gemacht habe

Reaching "Ranu Kumbolo" Lake in Semeru mountain, the highest peak of Java Island (which is actually not really special thing but considering the spontaneous circumstances at that time I feel amazed to myself :p)

Lehren, lernen, teilen

Definitely I can teach and share all about my native homeland: Indonesian and Javanese languages, cookings, and some fancy adventure spots I've been to! (Forget Bali, Indonesia has a lot lot more incredible things to offer!)

I got lots of stories about my adventure in Indonesia; remote islands, snorkeling trips, mountain hikes, cave tubing...this country is a heaven on earth you should visit someday!

I've also have travelled a lot in UK (around 20 cities) and it's no less wondrous place to travel! Britain has been like a second home for me, and I love to share about my homes to you ;)

I love to learn more about foreign place's history and culture, but yeah, basically I just wanna listen any interesting story you can share :))
