Hi, I’m Umrao — based in peaceful Ashburton, New Zealand.
I live a disciplined and intentional life focused on health, strength, and clarity. Over the past few years, I’ve been deeply committed to yoga, breathwork, meditation, structured routines, and understanding how the human body and mind truly work.
One of my strongest interests is nutrition — not just what we eat, but how nutrients actually function inside the body. I enjoy studying how protein builds tissue, how minerals regulate nerves and blood pressure, how fats influence hormones, and how fasting impacts metabolism and mental clarity. For me, food is not just fuel — it’s information for the body.
I’m curious about systems — whether it’s biology, psychology, business, or long-term investing. I like understanding the “why” behind things and thinking deeply about how small daily habits shape long-term outcomes.
I value meaningful conversations more than surface talk. I appreciate discussions about life paths, discipline, culture, philosophy, entrepreneurship, and personal growth.
At the same time, I enjoy simplicity: nature walks, cooking clean food, stretching, good tea, and quiet evenings.
