What I Can Share with Hosts
My flat is fully furnished, it has two large bedrooms in addition to the living room, bathroom, kitchen and two balconies. It is on the second floor and the heating is by natural gas (which makes living in izmir very comfortable). The flat is also very close to the night life of the karşıyaka (5 bars in 500 meters circle) and İzmir (Alsancak is the redlight district of İzmir which is next to the karşıyaka at the gulf and ferries running between each side) you can use ferries to reach the alsancak which can be a free mental teraphy for 20 minutes.
Your room is around 12 metersquare and it has a single bad, bergere, wardrobe, working table - chair, and bookshelf. Besides, you can use the equipments in the livingroom, bathroom and kitchen and my bike.
