I want to host non-Canadian travelers. Can use the kitchen and bathroom. Prefer the 25+ crowd and someone with references. Also, prefer single travelers. There's no harm asking short notice but I guess I prefer a little more than that. I have to double check any request with one person so please don't mind if the reply is long.
