My name is Urwatil Wutsqo. When i was child i wanted to be researcher because i like Biology. Now, i had been doing research for my thesis about ornamental plant. My strengths are i was active person,excellent in communication skill, interpersonal skill, leadership skill, open minded, able to work under-pressure,able to work individually or in team and i have been pleasure to take a new challenge. During i study in IPB ,I had been active in social activity in the field education, agriculture and environment. Now i active in SUIJI-SLP, Eco fun community, guide tour in Bogor Botanical garden and Sanggar Juara. My experience was followed social activity are take on with a lot of people, meet many people with different character, create an event, recognize one’s talent and build networking. Based a lot of my experience in social activity, I had been hired by my founder of Sanggar Juara to be a head of division human resource development (HRD) during one year. I was responsible to manage the human resource quality within the organization through program give training such as about leadership skill, team building, social entrepreneurship, community development and monthly meeting for evaluation performance the team. I was so enjoy in my role. Integritas, just perform, humble, never give up, be on time, learn and share are values that i had been applied in my life everyday. As long as become head of HRD get many knowledge such as Leadership skill, management skill and communication skill.

Interessi

I'm interest in volunteer and social activity. Teaching is my passion. My method teaching to the children is learning while playing. I teach with formal and informal methods. For formal method i provide additional lessons that have not been the children get in school or reviewing lessons that gave in class. For informal method usually i’m telling story, environmental action such as teach how to separate garbage, recycle garbage into compost, teach make biopore, cultivation use vertikultur method and how to wash hand as well.
Beside that i'm interest ornamental plant. I has been doing research for my undergraduate thesis about ornamental plant. I'm conducting activity about women empowerment in the field agriculture and entrepreneurship that called “Agrocreative house” in Cipanas village. Most of community in the village are working as a vegetable and ornamental plants farmer. I proposed myself for this community because by the time their plants infected with pathogens, the farmers almost lost millions of dollars. The controlling which was usually conducted by farmers is using pesticide. Application with pesticide can pollute the environment. Therefore, i give knowledge about the using of microorganisms in controlling disease as an alternative strategy of controlling. Therefore, the environmental, social, and economical benefit will be accomplished.
