I am Utkarsh, an adventurer, trek leader, and community builder from Mumbai, India. For six years, I traveled across India and parts of Asia in the rawest way possible—hitchhiking, staying with locals, and exploring places that few have ventured to.

But now, I have transitioned into teaching and entrepreneurship. I teach mathematics and have also started my own trekking company, recently. where I create unique outdoor experiences, helping others explore nature just as I once did. Whether it’s trekking in the Himalayas, discovering hidden trails, or sharing stories over coffee, I love meeting like-minded people and exchanging cultures.

After years of backpacking, I’ve realized that the best part of traveling isn’t just the places—it’s the people you meet. Now that I’ve settled into a normal life, I miss the spontaneity of connecting with fellow travelers.

2026 is gonna be my travel year! I’m planning to take a break and hit up South America. I’ll be looking for people to crash with along the way, so if you’re from there or know some cool places, hit me up! I’m all about meeting locals and seeing places from their perspective.

Eine tolle Erfahrung, die ich gemacht habe

Honestly, I’ve had so many crazy experiences during my backpacking days. I’ve faced a tiger in the jungle (alone!), been robbed, got lost in the Himalayas, and even spent six months in a monastery and saw some crazy miracles. It’s been a wild ride with stories I’ll never forget, and I’m always down to share them with everyone.
