Hi! I’m Utkarsh, a final-year medical student from India who loves exploring new places, meeting people from different cultures, and sharing good stories over good food. I’ll be traveling to the U.S. for my clinical electives, and Couchsurfing felt like the perfect way to experience cities through the eyes of the people who live there.

I’m easygoing, respectful, and curious about the world. Whether it’s discovering a hidden café, taking a long walk by the water, or having deep late-night conversations about life, I enjoy simple moments that connect people.

Outside medicine, I love beaches, photography, cooking simple Indian meals, and learning Spanish (very slowly but enthusiastically!). I’m grateful for the kindness of people I meet along the way, and I try to bring the same kindness wherever I go.

I’m usually out during the day for electives or exploring, but I’m always happy to help with small chores, cook a meal, or simply share a conversation when we’re both free. I value mutual respect and trust, and I aim to be the kind of guest I would like to host myself.
