I am a fourth year undergraduate student at the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay. I'm studying Electrical Engineering. I'm currently doing an exchange semester at Aalto University, Finland until January 2016.
I am a typical foodie (vegetarian), cricket-freak Indian who loves travelling and meeting new people and trying out new things. I go by my last name 'Sharma', but I prefer people calling me "Fun-Guy" :DD
I'm quite young and inexperienced, so while I might not offer the best quality of conversation, a large quantity is definitely guaranteed. I love telling people about my experiences so far and about how awesome my country and it's people are. I love to hear the same from them.

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

To meet new people on my trips and take shelter at their places. I like experiencing new cultures, meeting new people, talking to them at lengths and travelling. Couchsurfing gives me a shot at that.

Playing/Watching cricket, football, tennis (more or less any sport, although I can't guarantee I'll be any good at them :P)

Favorite books: Not much of a reader. I like reading sports autobiographies. I've read the autobiographies of Zlatan Ibrahimovic, Andre Aggasi, Sachin Tendulkar and Lance Armstrong.
Favorite movies: Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara, Munnabhai series, Batman Trilogy, Interstellar, Iron Man Trilogy, Boyhood
Favorite Music: Bollywood Music (Sonu Nigam, Arijit Singh, Shreya Ghoshal, KK), Western Rock Music (Coldplay, U2, The Beatles)

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

I've been skydiving. I've taken a dive in the freezing cold Arctic Ocean in Norway. These experiences stand out.

I've met "the God of cricket", Sachin Tendulkar, sat on the same table as him (my hero, my idol), got his autobiography autographed by him. The most amazing feeling ever. :)
