Talking about myself is one of the difficult things to do for me. Nevertheless I will try. I am a curious person, enjoying exploring different cultures, historical circumstances that has shaped these cultures, political and social contexts of countries I am traveling. I am also very much interested particularly in individuals, people with unique interests and views that is different from mainstream.

Por qué estoy en Couchsurfing

One of the best things in this life is an opportunity to interact with people we don't know, with so called strangers. People representing different ethnic, national, cultural and other backgrounds. Couch surfing is certainly one of the best platforms for meeting people I don't know. Therefore have been actively using it for the last 5 years.

Intereses

My interests are reading, hiking, hitchhiking, playing football and jogging, taking long walks, eating good food :), traveling. Currently I am very much interested in city administration, thus have been reading about urban space, public space and anything that can be explored within this context.

Música, películas y libros

My favorite music genres are blues, alternative and soft rock, classical music depending on the mood. The latest band I am really enjoying listening to is Breaking of Reality.
Regarding movies...lately have been mostly watching TV Shows - House of Cards, Game of Thrones, Orphan Black and Vikings. I find them extremely exciting. Movies that I will never forget are the following - Incendies, Cinema Paradiso, The Broken Circle Breakdown, pretty much all Tarantino movies (Django Unchained, Inglorious Bastards), The Tree of Life, Birdman, Pelle the Conqueror and etc.
Lately I have been reading about cities mainly. I am very much interested in reading about history, philosophical pieces on democracy and libertarianism. I need to accommodate more space for novels in my life, which I think I lack. Meaning contemporary novels.

I can teach civic organizing skills. How to design a project, how to prepare a strategic and actions plan and etc...
I am open to learning more about city administration, law and rights, learn to speak Spanish and etc...
I can share ideas about countries I have traveled and etc...
