ABOUT ME

I love traveling, I love the freedom it brings, I love the opportunities, meeting people randomly and just living for the moment.

recently quit my job and about to embark on a big old trip... wouldn't say around the world but I plan to travel 1-2 years and see how far I can get, trying to just take it step by step and see where life leads me.

I've traveled/lived in France where I was a bartender in Nice. I lived in Cancun, Mexico and had the opportunity to work in many different hotels working as a travel representative, later went to Morocco (amazing) then did some woofing in Spain, went to Lisbon and England and returned to Mexico to teach English in Guadalajara (ya I'm a little obsessed with Mexico). Just went to India two years in a row, India is amazzzing so crazy and colorful and full of inspiring people both local and westerners.

PHILOSOPHY

everyone I know is getting married or pregnant. I'm just getting more awesome.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I had a couple of couch surfers stay with me in Toronto and loved it! Love exchanging stories and getting inspiration from others it's really great as well if you cannot travel at the moment because you can live through others.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've stayed in Morelia and Taxco, Mexico and Lisbon, Portugal. Amazing experiences with the nicest people! I think couchsurfing is the greatest thing ever, how else would you get an opportunity to meet so many great people.

Almond cultivating in Las Alpujarras, teaching kids in Mexico, Flamenco in Seville, staying in the Amma Ashram in India, seeing the Dalai Lama, teaching english to Tibetan refugees and countless other life changing moments in India

I enjoy meeting people who are genuine and straight forward. People with a great sense of humor cause I often get carried away, lol!!
