I would say it is 50:50... I have had:

Great first experience in Sweden, in a brand new cottage of a CSer in Bahamas, experienced the real life of cuban people thanks to David. My experience from South Korea, Brunei Kuala Lumpur, Belgium, Netherlands are another great examples..

but also met some unreliable People in Tampa , Beijing, Tokyo. Terryfing experience in Jakarta in now a laughable Story..

Various hosting experience in Prague - so far mostly positive.

I made several great friendships that last until today thanks to couchsurfing, but also met the worst person in my life through this site..

My favourite childhood book was Two Years´ Vacation from Jules Verne. Started to read once again.. Many self-help books, but also world´s famous classics

Don´t expect a good conversation about movies me.. dunno where People take time to go to Cinema..

Music? A bit of everything. Rather rock than hip-hop.. Linking Park, Nirvana would be my top..
