关于我
Hi, I’m Vahid from Iran.
I’m an easygoing and curious traveler who enjoys meaningful conversations much more than ticking tourist attractions off a list. I travel to understand people, daily life, and culture
not just to see places.
Back home, I was an active Couchsurfing host and had the chance to welcome many travelers from different countries. Hosting taught me a lot about openness, respect, and cultural exchange, and now I’m happy to experience Couchsurfing from the other side.
I’m cheerful, positive, and usually smiling. I enjoy nature, camping, off-road adventures, and discovering local food. I’d love to cook together or learn how people really live in your city
even a simple walk and conversation means a lot to me.
I’m respectful of personal space, independent, and open-minded. I don’t judge people based on nationality, religion, skin color, or sexual orientation
I believe curiosity and kindness connect people better than anything else.

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing
For me, Couchsurfing is not just a place to stay
it’s a way to grow as a human being through real connections.
I’ve hosted many travelers in Iran, and those experiences showed me how powerful simple human exchanges can be. Sharing stories, cooking together, walking through a city, or just talking about life often teaches more than guidebooks ever could.
I’m here to meet open-minded locals and learn about cultures from everyday life, not from tourist attractions. I’m especially curious about Europe at the moment, because it’s very different from what I’m used to
and that difference is exactly what attracts me.
In the future, I’d love to explore other parts of the world as well, like Latin America. There is so much to learn, and Couchsurfing makes that journey more meaningful and human.
I’m also happy to meet for a coffee ☕🫖or a walk, even if hosting is not possible.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情
I love traveling by car and being on the road.
One of the most memorable experiences of my life was driving around 6,000 kilometers in just 8 days across my country. Long roads, changing landscapes, small towns, silence, music, and endless conversations with myself.
For me, the road itself is often more important than the destination. That journey taught me patience, independence, and how much I enjoy slow, real travel
even when the distance is long.
教,学,和分享
I enjoy teaching, learning, and sharing knowledge.
I can teach basic Persian, share my travel experiences in Iran, and introduce my culture.
I’m also happy to help with small home repairs or woodworking projects.

I can offer what I value most in Couchsurfing: genuine exchange and respect.
As someone who has hosted many travelers in Iran, I understand what it means to be a good guest. I’m independent, tidy, and very respectful of personal space and house rules.
I enjoy meaningful conversations and cultural exchange, whether it’s sharing travel stories, talking about daily life, or cooking together. I’d be happy to prepare a simple Iranian meal or tea if you’re interested.
I can also share my experiences from road trips, off-road travel, and long journeys, and I’m always open to learning from my hosts as well.
I believe hosting and surfing are two sides of the same human exchange.
