Why I’m on Couchsurfing

What I love the most is meeting and getting to know people. While I find interest in all types of living beings, I find the human mind and its complexity fascinating. Why do people act the way they do? Where do their beliefs come from? How similar are we? What differentiates us from each other? These questions are what drives me to travel, start spontaneous conversation, read books, watch documentaries, movies etc. Hopefully we can chat about the crazy experiences that are life and death together!

I'm very open-minded about music , what I listen to the most is soul, funk, RNB, hip-hop, old rock bands and blues.

My favorite film directors are Alejandro González Iñárritu, Hayao Miyazaki, David Fincher, Danny Boyle, Gaspar Noé and Quentin Tarantino.

Favorite books: Tao Te Ching, The Alchemist, Le Philosophe qui n'était pas sage, Fight Club, Martin Eden, Conversations with God, The Four Agreements, On the Road, Harry Potter. Most of the time, I read books about spirituality, philosophy and psychology.

TV Series: Black Mirror, Mr Robot, The Wire, La Casa de las Flores, Sons of Anarchy, Scrubs, Vikings, How I Met Your Mother, Sense8, This is Us, Californication.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I competed in two MMA fights in the same day at the age of 17.

I lived and worked on a sailing catamaran for 4 months.

I've been to many festivals and concerts in Europe, which gave me the chance to watch and listen to many artists play live. My favorite one is the Boom Festival in Portugal which I attended in 2014 and 2016.

Backpacked Australia for a year in 2016-2017.

Realized my childhood dream and became a pro wrestler from 2018 to 2020 (including wrestling in the US)

Volunteered for a few associations, including a 10 months mission working with kids living in slums around Paris.
