Overview
About Me
I like life interesting, adventurous and out of the ordinary. I’m both a dreamer and a realist, an overthinker but also very spontaneous. Writing and reading are parts of my passions so I always carry a book with me. I’ve always seen studying as a privilege and I love getting challenged, learning new things and working hard. I’m a very open person and I like to hear stories about all over the world. I like solo travelling and to see the world with my own eyes. I value respect very high and basic principles like honesty and gratitude and being humble. Only few things (to the worry of some) really scare me and I like to risk something sometimes. I think you can never dream too big if you know how to work hard for it.
I love sports and moving and I’m a very active person. Whatever you propose to do, I’m in!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Travelling is expensive, especially as a student and through Couchsurfing you can not only find a financial alternative but you can get to know people and cultures way better and in a very different way. I think it teaches you many things in life, interacting with people and being mind opened in a way school can never teach you. I think it’s important to know that there are many different ways to do and see things and your own way doesn’t always have to be the right one.

Music, Movies, and Books
I like Ludovico Einaudi a lot, his music is simple and simple things often move you emotionally the most.. Hans Zimmer is a composer I really admire.
A Walk To Remember is the movie which made me cry most but I also like historic movies and books like the tattooist of Auschwitz, la vita è bella and so on.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
When I moved to Colombia at 15 (to a host family) and spend my free time with the local teens skating and exploring the city. Wednesdays I would go to one of poor districts and teach english to the kids. I wrote a book about it two years later.
And maybe when I played Hamlet. The Hamlet in Hamlet, which was probably the craziest experience I’ve ever made when it comes to acting (which I’ve always loved)
Teach, Learn, Share
I’m quite good with languages so I might be able to help you with some of them.
Otherwise we can have talks about the world and life, I can share many philosophical ideas, talks and debates about politics, social structures, legal systems but also about sports and any other interests. I like to cook and I love to learn new things so whatever you propose, I’m in.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I like to learn new things and cook new recipes so we can cook together or play some music (I play the piano). I can help you with whatever you need, clean, do groceries shopping etc. As a guest I will try to do my best to give you something back.
