I have been living in England for 4 years and travelled around Australia for a year before that. I still live in England, but I’m looking for the next place to go and I’ve been thinking to come back to Italy, but you never know!
I am a primary teacher and currently I work with children with special needs. It’s an amazing job. It is fun, tiring, surprising...every day is different!
I grew up in Italy, very close to the lake of Como, and lived a big part of my life there, in perfect Italian style. =) I love to travel and discover new places by walking around. I love to walk in the evening when the city gets quieter, shops are closed and just few people around. I love animals, wildlife photography, baking, volkswagen T1 and the old beetle, reading a good book at sunset on the beach, psychology conversations, dancing, hiking, hearing piano music, dogs’ wet noses, theatre...and many many other things!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I started couchsurfing while I was living and travelling in Autralia and it was amazing. I met awesome people and even good friends sometimes.
I love the idea to meet a complete stranger and share life experiences and different points of view, it’s enriching.

I don't have just one type of music that I like: I am quite open to every genre.
Although I love Rock and Roll (Buddy Holly, Elvis, Jerry Lee Lewis...), Creedence, Beatles, Dire Straits, ACDC, Buena Vista Social Club, Xavier Rudd, Jovanotti, Rino Gaetano, De Andrè, De Gregori, Ligabue, Vasco, Daniele Silvestri, Max Gazzè, Selton...I like listening to Live Music!

About books some of my favourites are: Extremely Loud Incredibly Close, The Little Prince, The Unbearable Lightness Of Being, Slowness (La Lentezza) by Kundera, L'arte di essere fragili (D'Avenia).

I love movies as well, expecially if I watch them with friends!
