Hi, we are Valentina and Andrei

I, Valentina, graduated Public Relationships and Journalism with a background in advertising (I worked with a lot of brands; women dedicate ones- Loreal or Garnier but also more general ones- Tuborg, Ceresit, Akzo, Veka..), currently engaged in my own project - Photo Walking Tours Barcelona - where together with my half Andrei, are trying to figure out how to run and develop our business. It is an exciting project where we offer a non-touristic perspective to take photos with 1 to 1 tuition from a professional photographer. Andrei hold a PhD in Photography and he is involved in the art world since kid (12 years old). Right now he works with an established gallery in Barcelona (city where he holds different shows) but also collaborate with others in Europe. Currently he is looking for different gallery worldwide, and this could be one of the reasons of the trip.

We are looking forward to be part of the CS community as we are interested in know locals as we think is a better way to see the culture that we visit, is more authentic.

Also we like to receive travelers that are interested in having a nice conversation, sharing travel insights or personal adventures with a glass of wine. As we are new on this I think will be comfortable to host 1-2 people for 2-3 nights.

Your accommodation will be a big sofa in the living room or a smaller one in a secondary room that we use it like an office.

If you are the type of person that can change or cancel your request just a few hours before, please do not request this couch, we are not on the same side.
Also, party/arguments/spoken out loud are not allowed.

A very final note: as a host, I really appreciate people who send requests after reading my "hosting policy". You can understand that it's a sign you are serious and that you care. So, to prove that you reached this line, include your favorite artist/music singer as a post scriptum in your request.

The flat is located in Barcelona center, near of the Barcelona Cathedral – a few minutes by foot.

We enjoy music: from Nina Simon to Korn; books: favorite writers Kafta and Anais Nin; good movies, our favorite director: Tarantino, Almodovar but also a nice meditation is a way to relax when is need. Surf is a new sport in our life, that´s 1 of our trip objective, hope to find good waves
