My name is Valentina and I'm a 20-year-old girl from Germany. I would describe myself as a fun-loving, creative, easy-going and reliable person and I guess I'm pretty easy to get along with;)
My twin sister and I came to Australia in March 2015 and worked as au pairs in Melbourne. Since our time as babysitters is now coming to an end and we have to go back home soon, we decided to go travelling around Australia to at least see a part of this amazing country.
I'm looking forward to trying out couch surfing for the very first time! :)
Unfortunately I can't accept guests at the moment because I'm working as an Au Pair, so I'm living in a host family's house. Next summer I'll go back to Europe for studying, I just don't know yet in which country I'll be living but hopefully I'll be able to accept guests then to give back what I received and also meet some great people!

Through Couchsurfing I'm hoping to make new friends who can help me get to know and experience Australia even better. I'm very excited to meet locals and get in touch with their stories and their way of life. And of course, saving money is always important when you are doing backpacking;) I also think that couchsurfing will give me the memories of a life time.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

During a stay in Fiji I went to a village which was badly affected by cyclone Winston and helped the people there with a group of volunteers. Being able to actually do something for those people who suffered so much, was such a great experience.
