ABOUT ME

I’m Chilean and have lived in Santiago the most of my life. I love my city but every now and then I feel a strong need for travelling. I´m a sociologist and have worked in NGOs with children and young people living in poverty. I’m friendly, open minded, enthusiastic, independent and I also love travelling, visiting new places, and getting to know different cultures from all over the world.

Has been great so far. I have stayed with and hosted really nice and friendly people.

兴趣

I really enjoy the nature, camping, hanging out with my friends, cycling, sports, the sun, the beach, the mountains, BBQs, dancing, etc. I also like to chill out, read, relax, be with my family, listening to music, watching movies & football, napping, talk about politics, etc. Ah! And I love food and beer!!

Different kinds of music, but I'm a really fan of progressive rock (Genesis, Yes, King Crimson, Pink Floyd, Tool, etc.) and Latin American music (Folklore, Bossa Nova, Salsa, Latin jazz, etc.).

Movies: a big list! From Kubrick, Fritz Lang, Kieślowski to Tarantino, Miyazaki, Jarmusch, Lynch, etc. I also love Latin American films (Central do Brasil, City of good, The official story, Machuca, El hijo de la novia, etc.).

Lots of books too! The savage detectives (Bolaño), Conversación en la catedral y La Guerra del fin del mundo (Vargas Llosa), Crime and punishment (Dostoyevsky), South of the border, west of the sun (Murakami), The last encounter (Marai), Maus (Spielgeman), The Clown(Böll)and etc….
