ABOUT ME

Well I guess no one knows themselves that well at all, but I think my friends are good mirrors of myself. From them, I can see cheerfulness, sometimes shyness, I myself think that its more than normal to not know much about about yourself and too much about other people. I am a 25-year-old Chinese guy, born and raised in Malaysia, currently studying Medicine in Russia. I shall say I am extremely open-minded despite how much people like to stereotype Asians.
I am up to basically anything as long as I don't lose any of my body parts, love people in general, however, sadly, there are still people that can get on my nerve ( which take hell lot of effort), I am only human after all.
I can easily accept any offer if you are up for a drink, a coffee or some good food. I strongly believe that its the best way to break some ice. Love cultures, knows a little or two about mine, which is basically all about food and a vast mixture of Malaysian and Chinese culture. I love food, and love to cook, and love people that love food. But don't worry, I am not a diabetic patient, who talks only about food. I also have a secret talent, I play Chinese flute, may be able to charm you with some Asian magic ;)

I believe that everyone is nice in their own way, we just need to understand them, as everyone has their unique pattern of expressing their feelings ))

I participated CS through the introduction of my dearest housemate who show me the best way to travel

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Hosted a French guy with my housemate, organized a few CS meeting with a friend
Hosted Vito a Russian guy
Surfed in Moscow with Roman who is now my russian brother, and with him we know the true Russian culture, well, at least how the hipsters russians live their daily life, and also spend some unforgettable moments with his girlfriend and best buddy Zhenya

Favorite films, hmmm top of the list will be Amelie, Time traveller's wife, Momento, Spirited away, Sweeney Todd, Perfume, Hannibal Rising, Black Swan
My kind of music, are like 30 seconds to mars, Bjork , sometimes when I am broken I will drown myself with my suicidal playlist, like Marilyn Manson, Death Cab for Cutie, Ed Sheeran, Ben Howard, Damien Rice and so on. My favorite Brazilian singers are Ivete Sangalo, Victor e Leo, Maria Gadu, Mallu Magalhães, Marcelo Camelo, Ana Carolina, Maria Rita and so on.
As for books,recently just finished the hunger games sequel, loved it.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

I had organized a flashmob in a small Russian city, Kursk, with a close friend of mine, together with the locals and we even uploaded it on youtube, am really shy about it right now coz I look amusing in it
And I pretended to be a tourist in the city I am currently living in and hitchhiked, it was crazy but fun, thanks to David a professional couchsurfer
Oh yeah, having a rooftop party, that was pretty amazing too XD
oh, and we organized a free hugs in our small town two times in a year, it was so inspiring and touching when we realized how powerful is the effect of a simple hug, the old people broke into tears when we hugged them

Play Chinese flute well, getting quite rusty but I think I still can wow people;p and I am good in Mandarin, hmmm some Russian and know a little bit or so about Buddhism as I was basically brought up as a Buddhist. Cooking wise, I am kinda good at it, of course not at a professional level but according to my CS experience, it never fails to impress, haha
