About Me

I am curious and entertaining. Oh yes and also "open minded" like it means anything once 99% of the people write it in their bio. Where are the close minded, nasty and rude at? I mean. For sure theres something im narrow minded about🤣

Wont tell you i love travelling for the same reason. So lets skip to something else.
I love to listen to people and to their stories.
I know Florence very well, I can recommend you a lot of places and you can ask me for advice whether I host you or not. Feel free to ask me whatever about Italy and Italians.
But please make specific questions dont expect me to read your mind, help me to help you 🤗
I love to give advice and to entertain people with both funny and dark sides of my amazing country.

If I don't reply please don't take offence, I might be reeeally busy due to my job

In case you are from the US or Germany feel free to connect as I'm planning roadtrips in both countries and I'm collecting suggestions and places to see.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can introduce you to a different point of view on Italy and Florence. I can suggest you local spots to eat drink spend your night dancing, I always ✨improvise✨

In Florence people live a neverending holiday so take your time and bring nice memories home :)

I was born in Italy that doesn't mean I am what you expect an Italian to be. I love to EAT not to cook
Groundbreaking huh. Nonetheless since I love to eat I tried pineapple pizza 3 times before you ever think it's a good idea to start a conversation about it. Yep all 3 times it was horrible I just wanted to be sure.

Also I dont have 47362 brothers and sisters I dont play mandolino my parents dont want me to marry I dont sing that's amore when I wake up and my life is not scene from Eat Pray Love 😅 Bear in mind, unless you have lived in Italy you dont know Italy. And even if you did live here if you move from Palermo to Rome to Florence to Milan to Turin things CHANGE a lot and thats why this country is so freakin beautiful.
You can find many things in common with your culture expecially if you come from Europe/North Africa/Middle East or even Caucasus. The reason is everybody conquered us, traded with us, came here to study, inspired us through centuries. You'll find your personal reason to love or to hate my country.

People using this app instead of tinder are not "passionate" Italians they are just assholes.
Any italian man trying to convince you that his creepy attitude is somehow justified by his genes because "Italian men are so passionate" is just some desperate guy if you're lucky and if you're not he can be much worse. I swear we have tribunals in Italy and a judge won't buy the" I can't help it I'm italian" excuse for harrassing somebody. Creeps' last strand are stereotypes so they hide behind this ridiculous bs of italians being latin lovers. Italians are not latin lovers they are just men unnecessarily hyped by social media because they happen to share the place of birth with some extraordinary good loooking men from Rodolfo Valentino on. They can be good or bad worst thing you can do is assuming they must be special before you actaully know them like with anybody else in your life. You don't give people a power they would misuse. The ordinary creep on here, he probably thinks you're stupid enough to believe in stereotypes and does things he would never even attempt with an italian woman maybe. So yeah, be offended.

To girls: PLEASE stop leaving good reviews on creeps profiles because you're afraid they might backfire. Or that you had a "misunderstanding". You don't feel like leaving the only one bad review? Fine. Leave none.

No review is always better than lies.

You cant imagine how many girls came to me and told me the same old story "he had very good reviews so I decided to trust him". I'm SICK of this. Sick of people who are more worried about what a creep would think about them instead of thinking they are enabling him to keep being a creep.

If you write a good review just to "avoid drama" some girl after you will believe it and quite honestly you should care about that girl NOT about the guy.
The next girl deserves better than your hypocrisy.

Always remember you were offered a place to stay on an app that was literally made for that, THIS IS NEVER a good reason to write a positive review and show your gratitude despite the fact that he tried to kiss you /asked for sex because you're his guest / asked for bikini pictures before you arrive/ asked if you had a boyfriend before he accepts you/ stalked you through the city and tried to control who you're with/ tried to touch you during a casual conversation/ showed you a bed you were going to sleep WITH HIM /gave you a silent treatment or make a scene for any stupid thing accusing you to be rude or ungrateful CASUALLY right after you rejected him (these above are all real stories Im not making anything up and all of these men have nice clean profiles with maybe one bad review out of TOO many).

Kick these people ass. And if they accuse you of being rude kick them even harder. Don't start an argument at their house if you don't feel like but report report report once you're gone. A lot of the people above are still around and I hate that.

btw creeps love boys too. Same applies. You can't write a bad review? Leave NONE. Stop being nice with creeps. Stop sponsoring them. Stop thinking "I don't want to be a drama queen" you are bringing more drama into people lives if you write a positive review for a jerk. He's not your buddy. You own nothing to Mr nobody you met in italy during your Euro trip. Ffs.
