Hello everyone! We find it difficult to describe ourselves but we might say we are friendly human beings who love travelling and getting to know people who share the same love for adventure. We are animal lovers so we've house/petsitted a lot in our trips. It's been a great opportunity not only to enjoy being around pets but also getting to know amazing people from all over the world. We love nature so anything conneted to spending time outdoors sounds like a great plan. We love hiking, trekking, exploring and getting lost in new places. We are currently travelling around Thailand but heading to Malaysia in a few days.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

We think it is a great way to meet local people and soak into the culture of the city or country. We've been mainly using house/petsitting platforms where we've had the chance to enjoy the company of animals that we love as well as to make amazing frinds through sharing with the hosts.
Couchsurfing is quite new to us but many traveling friends have encouraged us to start using it. We always thought being a couple could be a bit more difficult but we've met lots of couples who have had amazing experiences so we thought we had to leave our misconceptions aside to have our own experience.

Music, Movies, and Books

We enjoy music in general. From hard rock to Celtic music. We love movies and TV series! But we are mainly outdoor people who enjoy nature and activities like trekking and hiking.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The contact with nature over the last years has been amazing. Swimming below waterfalls, hiking and trekking in isolated hills, having dinner on top of a mountain during a full moon night are just a few examples that come to my mind. And when you can do these with friends and the person you love, it's just priceless.

Teach, Learn, Share

I'm an English Teacher and have been so for almost 15 years. Over the last years, I became quite keen on Nutrition, especially to help my husband with the overweight he had at the time. I studied online and got my certificate in Nutrition and Holistic Wellness. I love cooking and sharing healthy, tasty meals with friends. Jorge is a 3d animator, the creative mind of the couple. He loves photography and anything connected to visual arts.
