Overview
About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Improving and getting better at all the things I do and enjoy in life.
ABOUT ME
Although I find it complicated to describe me, I would say that I possess a very curious nature. I like to learn from every experience and every person and I believe I am a somewhat creative person. I also love talking to people and listening to their experiences.
Even though I live in a big city, I seek to link my daily activities with the nature. I try to live a simple life where the things I care the most are the the things I live rather than the things I own, what I share with y family and friends and what I learn from others.
I enjoy traveling, meeting new people with their own way of thinking and living; each landscape with its own distinctive nature and every species with its own adaptive mechanisms.
PHILOSOPHY
Balance.
Learn: there is always something new to learn. Share and enjoy.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
Despite not having the chance to host through this platform, in my family we had always received people with open arms and we have visited the families of friends to even far places. Also, I have heard some friends having amazing experiences with some surfers and I even have had the chance of knowing and gather with some of the surfers my friends have hosted.
Interests
I love the arts, the work of the artisans and the design as a tool to transform to generate a deep and beneficial impact to the society.
I am amazed at the nature, specially at the unbelievable and harmonious ways it works together with its cycles.
Travel and discover the world as a traveler, not only as a simple tourist passing by.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
The deep sound of the jungle at Yaxchilán.
The "green green" in so many color variants of the mountain range in Oaxaca and the formation of clouds just some feet below my feet.
Sleeping without a tent at the beach under a full starry sky.
Watching the amazing growth of a little basil plant and how an almost dead broccoli came back strong.
Drive through all the Canadian Rockies, enjoying the wonderful colors and contrast between the water, the ice, the stone and the sky, wondering how I could be, temporary part of such creation.
I try never to lose my capacity to get surprised. I believe every single day waits with wonderful things
