ABOUT ME

Being 29 years old, I am still a little bit childish in many ways. However, I think that this is my strongest point and it helps me to find something amazingly attractive in everyday life. I enjoy crazy dancing, laughing, singing and I want to share my desire to be like this with my friends.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

It has been so great :)))) Couchsurfing helps to realize again and again how AMAZING people are. How trusting, interested, generous, and kind. I haven't seen or hosted any bad couchsurfers :) Moreover, I've been in great places where I would never have gone if I had not been a couchsurfer. Unfortunately, not so many people come to Syktyvkar, but those who have been here were so great!

Interests

I try to spend all the time free of work investigating something and going somewhere. For me, it is absolutely fine to spend the whole night in the bus and then to start working in the morning. I hope that after everything around is discovered, there will be bigger trips :) I also want to speak at least 5 foreign languages except Russian and Komi :)))

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Being a strong Russian girl :), I still plough the fields and make hay in my Granny's village :)
Without any instuctions and practice, reached the bottom of a huge ice cave in Russia (I love ice caves :)
Taught Russian to the best students ever!

Teach, Learn, Share

When I was teaching Russian in the USA, I was incredibly happy after each lesson when I saw that my students could cope easily with a difficult task and they were really interested in some aspects of Russian culture. I am ready to share it with everybody. It is such a great pleasure :) And at the same time I realize that I don't know so much about life, about the world and I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW SO MUCH. I understand that I still need to learn how to be more open-minded! That's why we can always help each other to get rid of stereotypes.
