Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I really want to get to know the people of an area and when you only stay at hostels, you can miss what it is actually like to live in the area. I love to immerse myself in a culture not just do tourist things. Using Couchsurfers in between hostels is a great way to do that!

The more I use couchsurfing, the more I am excited to become a host if ever I do become stable. The beauty of connecting with others and hearing the amazing travel stories of others is simply unbeatable :-)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

This year I have scuba dived the Great Blue Hole in belize, watched an 3 eruption volcanos and stood at the rim of one as I watched the lava bubble just below me. I have trekked through the second largest Rainforest in the Americas with no guide and learned Spanish. Its been a great year thus far! :-)

What I Can Share with Hosts

I have been to all 50 states of the USA and almost every country in north america, Central America and working on getting to all in South America. If you want to learn about the Americas, I can give you great travel advice. :-)
