Hello Earth Being,

I am "Valerie."
My whole family is from Chicago- and I was raised in Norman, Oklahoma (Big college sports town, OU ) .

I have a large affinity for all things animal, nature, science(particularly quantum physics and philosophy, ancient Egypt, archeology, social sciences/psychology masters in childhood development), the arts (flow art, movement based arts like dance, painting, poetry).

I'm into all of the things. I grew up competing Eventing on horseback (Dressage, Cross country, stadium jumping), and always worked in the stable to pay for my horses board and riding lessons.

I have a lot of pride in my ability to visualize ideas, organize them, and complete them.

If you are interested in Astrology or Human Design- I am! I am a 6/3 Generator, an Aries Sun, Sagittarius Moon, and a Capricorn Rising.

What I'm saying is, the paradox of Humanity is where the good shit is. ;)

I bought a house when I was 24, from my successful wedding photography business (www.valeriesphotography.com)

After being a successful Photographer for 10 years, I got really honest with myself.

My truest desire is to perform and be in front of the camera, not behind it!

I sold my house and minimized my belongings to my car.

"Valerie Goes West!" is where I'm at now, Venturing from OKC to LA to pursue my dreams.

I am a yoga instructor. I'm certified in multiple types of yoga. I have 200 hours with Baptiste yoga and Bryce Yoga (Bri and Dice Iida-Kline), and certifications for Buti Yoga , and I have participated in Forest yoga and Iyengar trainings.

Meditation and Manifestation are everything to me.

I've journaled every month of my life- for over 20 years.
To know thy Self is to know Other-
to truly know Other, is to know thy Self.

We all need one another, and yet we belong deeply to ourselves.

I sold my house in OKC and quite my stable wedding photography business to pursue my dreams of being in front of the camera- instead of behind it.

I am venturing around Los Angeles to find my niche, find my agent, find my ideal acting teachers and mentors, and find the roles that my Being was designed for.

I am so excited to co-create and enter this new chapter of my Beings life.
