My name is Valeriia (but I like Lerusya better). I am 22 years old, and in 2024 I received my bachelor's degree in Sociology of Management. In addition, I was a participant in the Erasmus+ program, where I studied for a semester in the business administration program in Turkey

I have been working in strategic management for 2 years now. At first it was strategic consulting, and now it is in-house consulting in the direction of new businesses in a large Russian retail company
In addition to strategy, I've worked in sales, education, and analytics since I was 15

Fortunately, my life is not limited to work. I like to occupy myself with various hobbies: playing the piano, writing poetry, yoga, dancing, and so on. During my bachelor’s degree, I also wrote scientific articles (my favorite is about the paradox of choice on dating sites) and participated in case championships (for example, at one of them, my team and I developed and implemented a skill for the Alice voice assistant by Yandex)

I consider myself an open person with whom you can both have fun and discuss serious topics. Unfortunately, I'm not as smart and funny in English as I am in Russian, but I try🤣🤣🤣

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

As mentioned above, I like to get to know people better. I am sure that couchsurfing is a unique experience from both sides, which allows you to learn more about people than ordinary tourism
