Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I would like to know more about this world. I think I am a quiet person but sometimes I like to talk with someone. It can be just walk around my city or a short travel to another country. I have a lot of friends but I don't want to stop)
My work deals with modeling of water cycle, so now I am very excited to know something more about geography, ecology, IT, programming, databases, etc. I want to improve my speaking skills as well.
