Hello everybody! I am Valentina, I live and study in Mexico City but I am doing a mobility semester in Madrid. For this reason, now I want to know all of Spain and during the summer several European countries, although the Covid complicates it a bit haha.

I am an open and curious person, I like to listen to the stories of the people I know. I also like people with humor, making jokes and having a good time.

I study Political Science, so social and historical issues interest me. Any cultural activity is perfect for me, but I also love doing things outdoors, like hiking or a simple picnic. Actually I like to do everything, to go for a walk, to talk, to drink, to listen. For me, the company makes any place or time enjoyable.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm here because I think it's the best combination for people looking to travel and meet people who have the same mindset, at least when it comes to getting to know the world, listening to stories, having a laugh, enjoying a beer, or the like.

I love meeting new people and sharing experiences about our different cultures and contexts, that's why I think couch surfing is great! I'm new to this, so my profile has no many recommendations or friends yet, but its a start haha.
I am a fairly new traveler, but I want to make the most of my stay here before returning to Mexico.

Music, Movies, and Books

My favorite music is acoustic indie in Spanish or Portuguese. I don't know how to speak Portuguese but when it is sung it sounds so cute For example Mariana Froes, Rodrigo Alarcón, Pachará, Little Jesus, Caloncho, Sofia Ellar, Porter, Zoe.

My favorite series is Coisa mais linda and my movie Amelie. If you haven't seen them I highly recommend them!!
