HI I'm Valeria, A paisa living in the capital of Bogota.
I was born and raised in Pereira, one of the main coffee cities of Colombia. When I was 10 years old my family decided to move to Bogotá and I fell in love with the city, it was love at first sign. I'm 100% positive that living in Bogota influenced my thoughts, passions, interests, and character.

From a very young age, my musical tastes have been inclined toward rock, as I grew and expanded my tastes without neglecting the roots of rock. I liked, techno, and cumbia, among others, as these sounds allow to be danced.
But currently, the most I enjoy is Hip Hop and RAP in spanish

My favorite books will always be those that talk about nature as for example: The Invention of the nature of Andrea Wolf or Lost in the Amazon of German Castro Caicedo or Twenty thousand leagues of submarine travel of Jules Verne.
The films that I enjoy the most are those of Tarantino and I am obsessed with the work of Jenji Kohan and Jim Jarmusch.

I practice slackline, I also love teaching Spanish and I will be more than happy to show you my vibrant city or give you some good advice about the best beaches, little towns, or national parks to visit in COL for sure in the company of a perfect cup of Colombian coffee and a pandeyuca (bread made of tasty cheese)
