ABOUT ME

Greetings! Originally from a small beach town in California, I am spending a year abroad studying architecture at the University of Stuttgart in Germany. When not in Germany, I can be found living in Eugene, Oregon attending the University of Oregon. I would describe myself as an open-minded, creative, and laid-back person. Always willing to try something at least once, if not twice, I am constantly on the pursuit of new experiences and knowledge!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Have surfed in Istanbul and Vienna -- had two great experiences and met some very interesting individuals.

Architecture, traveling, design, friends, cities and urban environments, snowboarding, the German language, music, concerts, used book stores, train stations, Oregon forests, Berlin, maps, the ocean, movie theaters, photography, late nights, airports, sleeping in, good beer, and good food.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Spending 7 weeks living in Shanghai, China. The city of Shanghai and the Chinese culture completely memorized and captivated me. The history, architecture, and cultural influences of the city is unlike any other place I have traveled to or lived in. To your left a glistening skyline, to your right ornate, Art Deco buildings, and two streets over a winding ally way of traditional Shikumen courtyard homes. Simply amazing.
