Warum ich bei Couchsurfing bin

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Well, I created my own profile one year ago, and I never had the opportunity to use it, because I was travelling and being hosted by WWOOFING or in my parent's house.

I already hosted some people by couchsurfing , or just met on the streets; but I never surfed.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I shared a profile with my former roomate, and we hosted something like 25 people in Dijon. We stopped living together, so now he owns the profile. You can watch it if you want to find some reviews about me: https://www.couchsurfing.org/people/benkev/ .

I had a lot of good experiences with couchsurfing, wonderful meetings, and many interesting and funny conversations with surfers. It was like I was visiting many countries and cultures while staying in my appartment!!! Now it's my time to surf ;)

Interessen

I am a person who likes to read, go out to bars, meet new people, play video games, watch football(I'm a HUGE fan of Arsenal and Dennis Berkamp), hike and take my time to enjoy life.

I also love to travel by simple ways. I went to Italy and Germany by Hitch-hiking with a friend, each step by meeting a person, and when the night was falling, trying to find somewhere to pitch our tent; it was a wonderful time.
I did some Wwoofing on the United States in order to live there 6 months. It was a real learning, rewarding and good experience!

Eine tolle Erfahrung, die ich gemacht habe

Things I did... the first thing it comes to mind is when I met 4 dutchs in the garage. Their car was broken, and they needed a big car to put their bike, to climb le col de l'alpe d'huez, but it was impossible to find a car to rent big enough for them.
So I hosted them for the night and I told them I could be their driver for their holidays. I drove them in vacations, I spend a couple of days on my own, sleeping in my truck, in Italy also, and then we came back to pick-up their fixed car and all ate pizzas in my house !
