I am a book writer/photographer/blogger. I have wrotten 3 published books about Tibet and Africa in Chinese. Sometimes, I give speeches about my trips in cafes, bookstores and universities. I used to be a journalist, editor, screenwriter, but most of the time I feel like a nomad. I can live anywhere in the world.

Having encountered the Ebola virus during a trip to West Africa, I returned home to launch The Whole World Gives Me Courage charity, where I gave lectures about my trips, books and photography to appeal the public to care about the people of Africa. All the money raised went to Doctors Without Borders, the world's largest independent humanitarian relief organization, to help patients with Ebola.
