I am Vanessa and after I worked ten years for an Interior Company as a Project Manager for international clients, i was tired of working many hours and traveling a lot but not being able to see anything when I was flying around the world. I started a side hustle and then quit my job and sold everything in Germany and moved to Georgia to grow my business with the advantage to pay less taxes and have lower costs of living.

Currently I spend half of the year in Georgia (Country, not State), either in Tbilisi the Capital or in Batumi. When I am there I normally live in Air Bnbs for some months and can host during that time. So if you want to visit one of this cities, let me know to find out weather I am currently there (which is the case mostly during the summer months).

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

I love to meet new people and while I am still trying to grow my business to make sure my living is secured long term, I love to travel on a budget. As I work online, a good Wifi is a big plus, some days it is not necessary when I travel short term to a city as then I won't mainly work at all and rather explore the place.

So couchsurfing is the best to combine both aspects of traveling and saving/ meeting new interesting people and learn about new countries. Also I believe, when you stay with locals the experience of the country or city is a completely different one and only then you really get to know your destination.

I love any type of animals so if you have a cat or dog or whatever I am even more happy to stay at your place :-)
My hobbies are hiking, music (dancing salsa or clubbing sometimes, but not partying everyday - I think I grew out of this already), reading, exploring cities or nature, cycling and literally everything that is fun - i'm ready to try new things. I am very open to new people and pretty uncomplicated, live alone since I am 16 years so I know how to clean and cook and will of course respect your home.
