I am a curious and open minded person from Germany. My interests are design, personal development and yoga. I live vegan for quiet a long time so I would be glad when I could share some vegan food and recipes with my hosts.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I think only when you come in contact with locals you get an authentic experience of the visiting country. I find nothing more boring than racing from one point of interest to the next without really enjoying the vibes of the city. So I hope that I meet some lovely people through Couchsurfing who want to share with me some time and/or place.

I wasn't really active for a long time on CS but now I am back and hope to meet some hosts and also host some nice people in my flat in Germany! I am very excited about it!

Music, Movies, and Books

The music spectrum I like is very wide, but mostly I prefer relaxed Indie - Surf music and psychedelic rock. I also listen to Techno and like to dance to it and especially in Cologne you have MANY possibilities to do so. But I also enjoy to go to concerts of not so famous artist in small venues where you hear the music very clear and can stand near to the artist. Mostly I read dystopian novels or socio-critical non fiction and I like to watch Black Mirror and my absolute favorite movie is "Amélie".

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I lived with a host family in China for 2 month during an exchange and it was awesome to live in a culture which is so different from yours. Helped me a lot to take a global view and be more tolerant.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can share some design and art knowledge which I collected so far und cook some nice vegan meal for you and then we can, by a glas of wine, philosophize about the world... But I'm also in favor of going to town and dancing properly!
