CURRENT MISSION

Recently I changed my job and moved from Berlin to Cologne. The good thing is you can reach a lot of different places from there very easily - this is why I'd like to explore Belgium and the Netherlands by train right now. I've only been shortly in those neighbouring countries and like to get to know them a bit better.

Friends say that one can talk to me about almost everything, I'm curious about unknown things and themes. In general I'm a happy and positive person, but also thoughtful.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

My first CS experience was a wonderful short trip to Bilbao with two friends. We stayed in a shared flat of a Spanish guy and had a great time. After that I travelled on my own for some weeks in Portugal and met several Couchsurfers on my way, partly resting on couches, partly just meeting people for a coffee or city walks. It was without exception a great experience. Also in my shared flat in Berlin we hosted someone from time to time. Last year I travelled some months in South America, I only couchsurfed there once but met several people to hang out in Buenos Aires and exchanged experiences with a lot of other couchsurfers. It's much better to stay in a place where there are people who know what is going on in the city etc. You can discover different spots and meet interesting people you'd hardly met in your daily routine.

Intereses

I studied european literatures and work in a publishing house. A lot of my free time I spend in movie theatres and reading novels and essays. Listening to music, dancing. I like to learn a new language, it's a constant curiousity. When I'm visiting an unknown city, I always like to go for a walk and love to just observe the environment and look for nice bookshops etc.

Algo increíble que he hecho

I loved living in Madrid for a while. I did an internship there. For me it was the "craziest" thing I had done until then. Even if it doesn't sound that amazing.
Also I spend six weeks in Buenos Aires and in the end I already had the feeling I belonged there. The city and the adorable people there made it very easy to me to feel at ease.
