I have had wonderful couch surfing experiences and I would like to host others by giving them the opportunity to do the same.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

crossed a flooded bridge to get to Hengifoss, went wwoofing in Iceland, snorkeled through the American and European continental plates, hitch hiked in Iceland with 2 others (very hard)

1) When hitch hiking, only have another partner. Pack light.
2) No matter where you travel to (even if they speak English/your native tongue) attempt to say some words in their language. It will always bring a smile.
