This year is all about adventure for me, it's been too long since my last trip. So I've quit my job, packed up my quite life in Canberra and I'm ready to explore, meet some crazy cool people and have wild adventures!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

As of writing this profile I have no couch surfing experience, apart from meeting some interesting people my friends have hosted. Totally new experience for me!

Interests

I love to spend my time looking at and writing about art, drinking coffee and talking shit with my talented and amazing friends, making fun of my dopey dogs, reading and probably watching far too much TV.

Music, Movies, and Books

I've recently gotten WAY too into Game of Thrones, not only watching the TV show, but I'm also reading the books...fits quite nicely into my secret sci-fi side. Also love Battlestar Galatica, Firefly, Fringe as well as more cerebral stuff like Mad Men, The Wire, The West Wing, Parks and Rec, Community, 30 Rock, Arrested Development, this list is too long already...

I love reading, but don't read as much as I used to. Recently I've become obsessed with David Mitchell (Cloud Atlas, number9dream) and Neil Gaiman. Also love Jonathon Franzen, John Irving, some Murakami (especially Hard Boiled Wonderland and the End of the World), Ian McEwan, Dave Eggers. For comfort I can never go past a Jane Austen book, Harry Potter or Northern Lights.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

When I finished high school I moved to China for 6 months by myself to teach English to students - still can't believe I did that!
