ABOUT ME

I'm a digital nomad. I've been working in marketing and advertisement several years, mostly in agencies with multinational companies as clients. I was kinda looking for a change of pace, professionally speaking, and in 2021 I started a new challenge in an American Company, it kinda came knocking on my door so it was perfect timing.

One of the things I love doing the most is traveling, I'm an open-minded person and I enjoy meeting people from around the world. I work 100% remotely so I'm always free to move around whenever I want.

I was living between Egypt and Peru and practicing my Arabic a little bit. But now I am planning my next adventure. I'm a summer kind of person so most likely you will find me in a place where I can enjoy some beach days.

PHILOSOPHY

We only get to live once, so let's better enjoy it as fully as we can and live with no regrets.

Por qué estoy en Couchsurfing

I'm back on track with my mission of travelling the world and meeting new people. I think here I get the chance to do both and be able to learn from different countries cultures from locals.

Intereses

I'm pretty good at languages, so I will love to learn at least 2 or 3 more. Also, my obvious interest is to travel the world. I want to know about different cultures and learn about them.

Música, películas y libros

I've studied Communications so of course, I love reading books. The first book that I read was by Paulo Coelho and I fell in love with the way he writes. I've read almost all of his books. I also love a Chilean writer called Isabel Allende. Some other writers that i like are Ken Follet, Vargas Llosa, Ernesto Sabato, García Marquez... Also, i have to say that one of my favorite marketing books is Brainwashed.

In music, I can say that I like lots of different kinds of music but most of the music I listen to is electronic, house, rock, alternative, indie, sometimes pop-rock. But lately, I have expanded my range a bit, I added lots of Arabic music (since I lived in Egypt), and when I'm in a mood, why not some party music I can dance with.

In movies, I must say it depends on my mood. Even when I'm such a romantic, sometimes I just want to see some action movies. The only movies I truly hate are horror movies.

Algo increíble que he hecho

I think that until now traveling alone is one of the amazing things that I've done in my life. Some years ago I moved to Chile in a house full of strangers. The great thing was that they were from all over the world. I met people from Spain, England, Italy, Austria, Germany, USA, Mexico, Bolivia...and so much more. Traveling with them was even a greater experience. I've learned a lot on those travels and become a more free-spirit person.

Qué puedo ofrecer a los anfitriones

Stories, adventures, and for sure some nice companionship. I can bring a change of pace, which in my experience always comes with positive things.
