Born and raised in Barranquilla, Colombia, South America. Father was born in Africa in a French colony, mother was born in Asia in a British colony. Both of Chinese descent. Biomedical Engineer by training, but switched gears after 5 years of working in the pharmaceutical industry towards Public Health and International Development. Speak Spanish, English, Mandarin Chinese, Cantonese Chinese and a bit of French.
