HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I just became a member but I'm interested in hosting people either in my hometown Esmeraldas or in Quito, the capital of Ecuador. I want to practice foreign languages and learn more about my hosts' countries. I'd also like to find people able to host me or guide me in the places I'm planning to visit.
